Sonnet #3 – Nature

Listen to Poem.
There’s nothing more beautiful than Nature.
No voting required by legislature.
Majestic, like the Rockies big Mountains.
With waterfalls, making dazzling fountains.
Soaring on powerful wings, a large bird.
Antelope sprinting the plains, a fast herd.
Massive and strong like a Sequoia tree.
Small and intent, a pollinating bee.
Nature teaches us the right way to live.
It’s not what you take, it’s what you can give.
Walking in the sand, next to the ocean.
The waves, the gulls, the clouds all in motion.
You can’t touch it, or feel it, inside cars.
You need to get out there, under the stars.
The waves, the gulls, the clouds all in motion.
