The High Plains of Eastern Colorado is the breadbasket of the State. Wheat drives the economy here; energy is a strong 2nd, with oil, gas, and wind providing a significant boost. Wheat is in our blood though and the harvest is on, so that’s the focus of “Two For Tuesday,” this week.
