Taco Tuesday in this case. We love TACOS in all the diverse and distinctive flavors and styles; Breakfast Tacos, Baja Fish Tacos, Caribbean Barbacoa Tacos, Chicken Tacos, Tacos de Carnitas. Shrimp Tacos, Carne Asada Tacos, Tinga Tacos, and the list goes on and on and on. I don’t know how many wonderful tacos are out there in the Great Wide World, but we want to try as many as possible.
Wrap it in a tortilla and we’re there, ready to savor the flavor. Street Tacos are all the rage presently in numerous US cities but they’ve been a traditional Mexican snack for a long time. Take some amazingly prepared animal protein, and smother it in onions, spicy sauce, and add a bit of cilantro and you’ve created a crave-worthy snack that pairs well with beer, wine, and fun.
