Hot Buttered Rum Arcata Theatre Lounge Arcata, CA April 29th, 2022
This is not the first time that “Hot Buttered Rum” has been featured on Monday Morning Music. A while back, they were the band featured on M.M.M. #19. Interestingly they are back on the flip flop; 19 – 91. There are no coincidences in life, it must mean something. The acoustics at the funky little theatre in Arcata are not quite as good as the previous outdoor show but the folks were having a good time and it’s an exceptional soundboard recording.
They played a couple sets and since we’re trying to get back to the original concept of Monday Morning Music; posting up a set of music to get you through your commute on the first day of the work week. We’re going to post segments of this show up in LP size chunks, so you can enjoy them for a month or so. Here’s Side A. Enjoy!
